We spent our Memorial Day Weekend with family visiting from Phoenix having a seafood and veggie cookout complete with lobster tail and grilled shrimp (only veggies for me!), relaxing on the deck, enjoying frozen blueberry Greek yogurt popsicles and a long bike ride stopping along the way at some beautiful city parks for rest and snacks. On Saturday the family was able to speak to my nephew who is in the US Army stationed in Alaska. It was so nice to talk to him and we all truly appreciate his military service! We are so grateful to the men and women currently serving and who have served our country. It was such a great weekend and I'm exhausted but in a good way.
